About the Artist

Raymond earned his BFA in Metals and Jewelry at the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2005. He has trained and worked with renowned artists such as Namu Cho and Todd Reed. His talent lies in his unique perspective and interpretation of modern art and jewelry design through the use of traditional metalsmithing techniques like hand engraving, forging, and pavé style stone-setting.

Currently he lives and creates in Boulder, Colorado, where he focuses on hand engraving on knives, handguns, and custom jewelry. Self taught in the art of hand engraving, he explores  traditional methods of surface embellishment combined with modern design and decoration on a wide variety of materials including steel, brass, copper, silver, and gold.
